Our fundamental goal is to authentically meet our customers’ expectations through our activities and the consistent high quality of our products, in line with mutually agreed and accepted requirements, as well as applicable international and national legislation and regulatory frameworks. We have identified the external and internal factors that may affect our intended outcomes and continuously update this information.

We closely monitor customer needs, maintain a customer-oriented approach, and adapt our production processes accordingly, while adhering to the recommendations of good manufacturing practices.

To obtain and maintain system certification, we are committed to meeting the requirements of the FSSC 22000 and IFS standards and food safety regulations at the highest possible level, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Our objective is to produce safe food under high-level hygienic conditions, by applying the principles of HACCP. We consider it essential that all our employees possess the necessary competencies related to food safety, and we aim to maintain and continuously improve these skills. Furthermore, through the development of food safety culture and action plans, we strive to enhance our entire system.

We continuously develop our production technologies to ensure safe food production and improve economic performance.

Through the implementation of our food safety management system, we aim to consistently reduce the number of customer complaints, maintain them below our set targets, and prevent food safety incidents or adverse health effects associated with the consumption of our products. When setting additional objectives, we prioritize food safety aspects and their development, regularly reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting or setting new targets.

We are committed to environmental protection. We do everything possible to reduce energy consumption without compromising product safety.

We are working on sustainable policies that support long-term food security and health for current and future generations, while protecting the environment, promoting social and economic equity, and respecting animal welfare.

Our aim is to continuously meet and exceed our customers’ evaluation criteria and to increase their satisfaction.

We seek long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. To this end, we maintain effective communication with them, as well as with relevant authorities, thereby ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the necessary food safety knowledge.

Through our internal communication, we ensure that information critical to food safety is available in a timely manner regarding all influencing factors, and that decisions made as a result consistently guarantee food safety.

It is the fundamental duty of every member of our organization to be committed to quality and food safety and to contribute to the company’s successful operation through their daily work.
